Lutz Lungershausen is the Creative Director at New Communication, an advertising agency based in Kiel. Born in 1964 in Kiel, he studied Chemistry, Sports, and Pedagogy at the universities of Kiel and Bremen.

Between 1986 and 1999 Lutz worked as a freelance graphic designer, illustrator and judo professional before eventually becoming the Creative Director at New Communication in 2000.

 

Lutz has given lectures, workshops, and talks on systematic creativity at various companies, art & design universities, barcamps, photokina and others. He is the author of the book „Creativity in Photography“, a husband and dad of 2 children.

 

He loves books as well as art & design exhibitions, is a Muay Thai practicioner, likes to find a different way to get to work every day and writes down his most exciting dreams - a topic he will dive into during his TEDxKielUniversity talk on December 3, 2016.
